Notes

I don't like my salad too heavily dressed. It may not seem like enough dressing at first, but after it sits for an hour, it will be more creamy. Although, you can feel free to add more Miracle Whip if you prefer yours with more dressing.
Trust me on this one...you want to use Miracle Whip and not Mayo or some other cheap brand of salad dressing.
You can use shredded cheese or cut a block of cheese into little chunks. I prefer cheddar or Colby-jack block cheese cut into tiny chunks.
If you prefer, you can cut up raw onion to use instead of onion flakes. My family enjoys it better without the onion chunks.
We also used to add raisins, but I prefer it without them. Feel free to add raisins, sunflower seeds, or whatever else you desire.
You can adjust the ratio of broccoli to cauliflower as you please.
