Cheesy Hamburger Dip Recipe

Made with melted Velveeta Cheese and Ground Beef, this Amish chip dip recipe is sure to be loved by all! An easy-to-make party pleaser!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 can condensed tomato soup (10.75 oz.)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese

Instructions
 

  • In a large saucepan, brown, crumble, and drain the ground beef.

  • Add the seasonings and soups. Mix well.
    1 1/2 tsp. chili powder, 1 tsp. garlic salt, 1/2 tsp. black pepper, 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce, 1 can condensed tomato soup (10.75 oz.), 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • Cube or slice the Velveeta cheese and add it to the hamburger mixture. Over medium heat, stir the mixture until the cheese is melted and creamy.

  • Serve warm with tortilla chips.
  • Refrigerate and reheat any leftovers.

Notes

Can be served in a crockpot on the warm setting to keep it warm for an extended time. Or serve it in a double-boiler with hot water in the bottom. If you prefer a thinner dip, add a bit of salsa to thin it.
You can substitute the tomato soup with a can of Rotel or salsa.
You can also substitute the garlic salt with garlic powder and salt to taste.
