Notes
If you don't want to use cream of chicken soup, you can substitute it with an additional 1 cup of broth. The noodles won't be quite as creamy, but they'll still be delicious. These Amish-style noodles are delicious with lots of brown butter. Cooking them in the brown butter gives them a depth of flavor, but feel free to stir in more brown butter after the noodles are finished cooking.Reames frozen noodles are also delicious noodles, but they don't work well with this recipe. Since they are frozen and not dried, they won't soak up much of the broth.
