Ingredients
  

  • 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 5 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 3/4 c. parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 c. bread crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp. paprika
  • 2 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375℉.
  • Line a large baking tray with foil and spray with cooking spray.
  • Pound the chicken breasts to approx. 1/2 - 3/4 inch thickness.
  • Melt the butter and dip both sides of the chicken into butter.
    6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, 5 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • In a separate bowl, combine the remaining ingredients.
    3/4 c. parmesan cheese, 3/4 c. bread crumbs, 1 Tbsp. paprika, 2 tsp. Italian seasoning, 1 tsp. garlic powder, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • Roll the buttered chicken into the crumb mixture and place onto prepared pan, leaving a small space between each piece.
  • Bake, uncovered, for 35 - 40 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches at least 160℉.
  • Allow the chicken to rest for a few minutes and serve.
  • Refrigerate any leftovers.

Notes

If your chicken breasts are huge, feel free to cut them in half before dipping.
