- 1/2 pound butter (2 sticks)
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups powdered sugar
Melt the butter.

In a large bowl, mix the melted butter and peanut butter until smooth.

Add the cocoa powder, vanilla, and salt. Mix.

Stir in the powdered sugar until well mixed and creamy.
3 cups powdered sugar
Spread the chocolate mixture into an 8 or 9" square greased or parchment-lined pan.
Cover and refrigerate until firm.
Cut into little squares and store in an airtight container. Keep refrigerated or at least in a cool, dry place.
You can use creamy or crunchy peanut butter, whichever you prefer.
