Preheat oven to 375°.
Line a baking pan (or cookie sheet with sides) with aluminum foil and spray it with cooking spray.
In a small bowl, whisk the egg and milk, add flour, salt, garlic powder, pepper, and poultry seasoning. Whisk until creamy.
3/4 c. milk, 3/4 c. all-purpose flour, 1 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. garlic powder, 1/4 tsp. black pepper, 1 tsp. poultry seasoning, optional, 1 large egg
Place the Rice Krispies into a ziplock bag and crush them with a rolling pin. It's ok if some whole pieces remain, you don't want to turn them into powder.
4 1/2 c. crushed Rice Krispies
Place the crushed Krispies into a small bowl. Add the paprika and mix.
1 tsp. paprika
Dip each piece of chicken into the batter to cover. Then dip the battered chicken into the crushed rice crispies. Cover completely.
2 - 2 1/2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast (cut into slices or strips) or tenderloins
Place the pieces of chicken into the prepared pan. Then drizzle the chicken with the melted butter.
4 Tbs. melted butter
Bake, uncovered, for about 35 - 40 minutes. (This will depend on how big your pieces of chicken are.) The internal temperature needs to be at least 160°.
