Instructions
For this recipe, you can make as many or as few as you want, so we are not giving any measurements.
Spread a thin layer of peanut butter (approx. 1 tsp.) onto each Ritz cracker, and place them onto a cookie sheet.
Ritz crackers,
Peanut Butter
Top each cracker with a regular-sized marshmallow.
Regular marshmallows
Preheat the broiler on the low setting - approx. 450°. (It only takes about a minute to preheat.)
Place the tray of top hats about five inches from the broiler element (I put my top shelf into the second from the top position).
Keep your eye on the marshmallows. It only takes approximately 2 minutes. And they can quickly go from nicely browned to burnt.
Remove from the oven and serve.
